How a case runs here, start to finish
Five steps. Most clients know the first two by the end of the first call.

Step 1: You call
Any hour. Rania answers, or returns the message the same day. You tell her what happened and what paper you were given.

Step 2: The deadline
She works out the date to ask for a license hearing and the first court date, and tells you which comes first.

Step 3: A flat fee, in writing
You get the fee and what it covers before you sign. Court costs, fines and expert fees are listed separately.

Step 4: The evidence
She requests the report, the test records and the video, reads them, and goes through them with you.

Step 5: Hearing and court
She handles the license hearing and every court date, and tells you before each one whether you need to be there.
